Stacey Haase, Family Law & Criminal Defense Attorney

Hi there! My name is Stacey Haase, the owner and attorney at White Sands Law, LLC.

I went to law school late in life. As a seasoned, non-traditional student with three beautiful children, I learned the value of dogged determination, flexibility, efficient time management, and the effective use of resources. I also learned to appreciate the value of slowing down, smelling the roses, and enjoying the simple things in life.

My natural curiosity led me to a varied academic background. My undergraduate degree, a BS in Biology, was completed at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. After our family moved to the beautiful state of Idaho, I finished my Master’s degree in Public Administration at Idaho State University. I then went on to complete my law degree at the University of Idaho.

I decided to study law because I love helping people when it matters most. I help my clients through some of the most overwhelming, frustrating, and trying times of their lives. I love listening to my clients and helping them make decisions that benefit their families. I love guiding my clients through the legal system, giving them an idea of what to expect next and helping to alleviate their anxiety. I’m best at listening to and empathizing with my clients to identify their top priorities and legal options. I’m always ready to meet with new clients who need help with a criminal defense matter or a family law concern. I’ve helped many people face legal challenges with dignity, hope, and peace of mind.

When I’m not helping my clients move forward with their lives, you can find me hanging out with my kids, discussing politics and recent events with my love, playing with our hound dog, watching House Hunters on HGTV, or cheering on the Nebraska Huskers. Go Big Red! I’m also a fan of checking out a good non-fiction book or audiobook, listening to the Dave Matthews Band, and cooking great meals with my Instant Pot. Travel has always been a love of mine, but it’s something I don’t get to do nearly enough.
